IT crowd was created by Graham Linchamin on February 3rd, 2006, and concluded on September 27th, 2013 with a runtime of 24 minutes and sometimes 47 minutes for some episodes which are made into 4 series. The hilarious situations in the scene of technology are what made this movie the first on the list.

She and her employees go on an adventure of humor while trying to balance her public life with her private life.

Veep was originally aired on April 22nd, 2012, and concluded with the 7th season on May 12th, 2019 with a runtime of 26 to 30 minutes per episode

Due to its outstanding comedy performance, it won the Primetime Emmy Award for outstanding comedy series for its fourth, fifth and sixth seasons. It won the Writers Guild of America Award for Television: Comedy series for its second, fourth and sixth seasons and the Television Critics Association Award for outstanding achievement in comedy for its third season.

To heighten their stance on the comedy table, one of their lead character, Selina Meyer (Julia Louis Dreyfield) won many awards including six consecutive Primetime Emmy Awards and so much more. Many other characters in the series received a lot of awards and nominations in the world of comedy.

A visionary entrepreneur, Joe Macmillan (Lee Pace), a computer engineer, Gordon Clark (Scoot McNairy), and a computer programming expert Cameron Howe (Mackenzie Davies). With a vision in mind to build a computer that can change the future, they risk everything and team up.

Halt and catch fire was created by Christopher Cantwell and Christopher C. Rogers. The first season was aired on June 1st, 2014, and concluded with the 4th season on October 14th, 2017 with a runtime of 41 to 54 minutes. BBC culture listed Halt and catch fire as the 50th greatest television series of the 21st century in 2021.

Party down is an American sitcom movie created by John Eribom, Rob Thomas, Dan Etheridge, and Paul Rudd. It is based on the lives of six Hollywood wannabes. To make their dreams a reality, they work for a catering company in Los Angeles that deals with different social events. Every episode comes with a new event and drama ranging from birthday bash, senior singles get-togethers, and the likes.

With the release of two seasons, party down was premiered on March 20th, 2009, and is yet to be concluded with a runtime of 26 to 30 minutes for each episode.

Four people with the technical know-how to build social media applications but need an angel investor to complete the project. Betas is another comedy series recommendation set in America. It was written by Alan Cohen et al and directed by Michael Lehmann.

Betas follow the lives of four computer experts who believe that they can build a social media application that “introduces you to the people you should know”(Trey, ringhead). After getting the app to run, they are faced with a major problem. They need an investor to help them achieve this dream. Unable to book an appointment with their target investor, George Murchison (Ed Begley Jr.), they crash his party and demo the application. By all means, they need the money because their future solely depends on it.

With the release of only one season, the movie premiered from April 19th, 2013 to January 17th, 2014 with a runtime of 26 minutes. The movie is not just for youngsters but recommended for grown-ups too as it can help relate with Silicon valley well. For fans who want a straightforward movie, betas are recommended because it has just one season.
