BBN’s 3rd runner up, Mike Edwards tweeted his support for the black women with an upload of his Cover Appearance of Genevieve’s Magazine.
Mike Edwards tweeted on his handle the cover page of this month’s Genevieve magazine which he co-cover with wife Perri Shakes-Drayton with the caption “the only woman on earth who can understand a black man is a black woman”.

But!, when it comes to sensitive issues such as color and relationships, Obasanjo’s internet has its strange way of being controversial. Like every other celebrity and influencer’s tweet, Mike’s tweet also received its own support as well as its backlash. Users trooped out to tweet their various stans, supports and arguments.
The tweet also went further into twitter users’ way of digging old receipts, as one of his fans uploaded an old picture tweet where he used the same caption word for word. The old tweet was, however, one of his before BBN tweets.
