Although the renovated house includes enhanced lounge, bedrooms, kitchen, greenhouse, and dining areas, a major addition to the house is a separate Head of House (HoH) lounge area.

The swanky new HoH area features a private lounge and office, which sits above the common areas on an upper floor. Previous BBNaija seasons had only a single HoH bedroom and bathroom. The new head of house living area goes a step further in increasing the title ‘s influence and significance.
